Claudia Hernández graduated in 2009 from the Central University of Chile and is a private family mediator registered before the Ministry of Justice, which allows her to approach conflicts from a comprehensive and specialized perspective. Additionally, in 2012, she completed a diploma in labor law from the Andrés Bello University, thus expanding her understanding of the legal world and strengthening her analytical skills on issues related to work and family.

She has extensive experience in oral litigation in family courts throughout Chile, standing out for her handling of complex cases, including numerous private international law cases in family matters. Her career is characterized by a high success rate and a deep commitment to the effective defense of her clients’ rights.

Her professional practice has been focused on providing personalized legal solutions, with a strategic and decisive approach that considers both the legal and human aspects of each situation. He has been part of teams at H&H Abogados and the Second Court of First Instance of Talagante, where he consolidated his technical skills and dedication to service.
