Master’s in Fundamental Rights, Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, Spain (2005).
Mr. Castillo concentrates his practice on economic, civil and administrative litigation and on arbitrations, representing companies that develop and conduct their activities in regulated markets such as telecommunications, transportation and public works.
He also advises companies on commercial, civil and regulatory matters. Mr. Castillo has provided legal advice to various government agencies in the preparation of bills of law related to public works, the environment, and in legal proceedings.
