Lawyer, graduated from Universidad de Chile, with highest honors (Summa Cum Laude) (1996).
Master of Laws (LL.M.), University of Heidelberg, Germany (2001).
Professor at the School of Law of Universidad de Chile (1998 – to date).
Mr. Jaederlund is an advisor to several companies in matters related to their corporate activities, as well as in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions and financing. He advises clients in different capacities, including, as board member, general counsel, and as head of the legal departments of Chilean and foreign medium and large companies.
He also concentrates his practice on legal and arbitral proceedings relating to civil, commercial and labor matters. Mr. Jaederlund has additionally headed the legal defense in several bankruptcy proceedings and in pre-trial and in-court settlements and agreements.
