Joined the firm in 2015. She currently provides legal advice in the areas of contract, corporate, and commercial law, as well as in civil, commercial, and labor litigation. She advises both Chilean and foreign companies, both medium-sized and large.

Between 2021 and 2023, she served as a secondment representative at Tresmontes Lucchetti S.A., supporting the legal team in corporate matters.

Representative experience:

  • A major construction company and mining subcontractor in the implementation of its Crime Prevention Model.
  • A Chilean company in a dispute with its foreign partners regarding the management of an outsourcing company, defining the legal strategy, including arbitration, civil trials, and criminal litigation.
